Booking Visits & Payments

Getaways are based on two nights with a Friday arrival, Sunday departure. We will try to accommodate requests for longer stays, or different arrival/departure days, on request.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, based on total stay cost, is required when booking your stay. Your date will be held for three business days pending receipt of deposit.

All bookings are non-transferable, but can not be rescheduled or postponed to a different date or season. If it becomes necessary, we will try to work with you on this, subject to availability and possible additional charge. We want you happy and will do what we can.

Dates are offered on a first come/first served basis. Call us to discuss what dates are available. You must have a group of at least four people to book the ranch exclusively.

The stay will not be fully reserved until deposit is received and check cleared. Payment may be made by personal or company check or wire transfer. Please contact us if you wish to use your credit card via Paypal. A convenience fee of 3.5% will be added for credit card/PayPal payments (this is what PayPal charges us).

Full payment of the balance of the booked stay is due prior to arrival at the ranch.

All guests will sign a Release of Liability upon arrival at the ranch.

Additional services (spa, Botox, hunts) may be added after arrival, subject to availability.

A valid Texas Hunting License must be in your possession prior to any hunting.

Licenses can be ordered online, and can easily be purchased locally at any sporting goods store.

If Hunting: No Game, No Pay Policy

If, for any reason, you do not harvest an animal, you only pay the $250.00 daily fee, plus a guide gratuity would be appreciated, at your discretion. Your payment will be refunded, however, your deposit remains non-refundable. We will work with you to reschedule your hunt for another date. An additional daily fee will apply for the rescheduled hunt.

Wounded game will be considered harvested game and will be paid for in full by the hunter. All efforts will be made by ranch staff to retrieve the animal and return it to the hunter.

Game will be field dressed and transported to the skinning area and lodge by the guide.

Taxidermy and game processing arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

An additional fee of $65 will be charged for skinning and caping, if desired.

Bring coolers for transportation of meat.

Bring your ammunition and binoculars.

Firearms and Alcohol Restrictions

• Do NOT chamber a round until AFTER your game is spotted
• NO loaded firearms will be allowed inside the lodge.
• NO discharging of firearms is allowed within the lodge's immediate area.
• NO firearm will be discharged without the guide's permission.
• NO handling of firearms after alcohol is consumed.
• Alcohol, other than beer and wine, will NOT be provided by Dry Hollow Ranch.

All property and personnel of Dry Hollow Ranch are to be treated with respect and courtesy by all hunters and non-hunters. Any person not following these rules will be asked to leave the ranch at ranch management exclusive discretion.
